1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing or using the Bomaye Concept platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms of service. If you do not agree, simply do not access the platform.

2. Data integrity

Your privacy is non-negotiable. Bomaye Concept explicitly prohibits the sale, rental, sharing or transfer of any customer data to any external entity. Everything you upload or provide remains fully protected within our secure database logic, solely for managing your coaching.

3. Bomaye Credit System

The platform operates on a proprietary credit system. Here are the essential rules:

• Valuation: Booking a single session requires exactly 8 credits.
• Unverified accounts: If your account is not verified, your bookings may be overridden. A verified member can claim your slot, in which case your 8 credits will be automatically refunded.
• Account limits: Users are limited to 3 booked sessions per active week, to ensure availability for everyone.

4. Cancellations & automation

We pride ourselves on total transparency. Any booking cancelled from the Bomaye dashboard will automatically trigger our refund infrastructure, returning your 8 credits with zero administrative friction. Abuse of the cancellation system may result in account termination.
